Join Susan Rood on a virtual trip through the Norwegian Fjords to learn about the wonderful doll artistry of Norwegian doll artist Ronnaug Petterssen (1901-1979). Ronnaug Petterssen dressed her dolls in Norwegian national costumes, which preserve and showcase the regions of Norway.
Susan Rood, Region 14 Director, resides in Newport, Rhode Island. She was born and raised in Iowa and loved dolls from a young age. Susan a retired school media specialist has collected, created, and researched dolls for many years.
