Giving Tuesday 2026
Giving Tuesday is December 1, 2026. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to enhance the United Federation of Doll Clubs Museum and make its collections more welcoming, engaging, and accessible.
The UFDC Museum is a special place for doll enthusiasts and visitors to discover, enjoy, and learn about dolls. As the museum’s collections and activities grow, we need to make better use of the space we have.
Your support will help us create new ways for people to experience the museum:
- Create a dedicated special-exhibit area: We plan to transform the former gift shop space into a place for rotating exhibits, including dolls loaned by UFDC members. Glass doors for the display shelves will help protect dolls while keeping them visible to visitors.
- Relocate the gift shop: The gift shop will move into an office near the lobby, allowing it to continue supporting UFDC while freeing space for exhibits.
- Develop a guided museum experience: We aim to create an app or other guided-tour resource so visitors can learn more about the dolls and collections throughout the museum.
Special exhibits can bring more visitors to the museum and give members new opportunities to share the dolls they love. A guided experience can help visitors better understand the collections and support UFDC’s educational mission.
Every donation, large or small, brings us closer to our $15,000 goal and helps pass on the appreciation of dolls to future generations.
