World Doll Day Celebration
June 8, 2024
10am - 4pm

NC Museum of Dolls, Toys & Miniatures
108 Fourth St. Spencer NC

All attending will receive a complimentary doll. Refreshments will be available for purchase, and we'll be giving away special doll-themed prizes throughout the day.

The tradition of celebrating this day was kick-started in 1986 by Mildred Seeley (1918 – 2001), a prominent figure in the world of doll collecting and doll-related entrepreneurship. Her substantial contributions include her prolific writings on doll making and doll collecting.

Her dedication to the world of dolls has left an indelible mark, making the second Saturday in June a meaningful occasion for doll enthusiasts worldwide.
