We are looking to form a new pan-European UFDC online club. We had our first meeting on June 4th – and it was GREAT! We had folks join from Germany, France, the UK, Romania, Belgium, Austria, Canada and the US!

And that diversity was also displayed in the wonderful variety of dolls that everyone collects - everything from Roman/Greek "Ancients" to the dolls made today and everything in between.

We were all doll collectors, but we also had doll repairers, doll makers, doll podcasters, doll costumers, someone who used to own a doll museum, someone who organises doll trips, doll dealers, doll auctioneers, people who write about dolls and those who create and programmes about dolls. So we covered all bases!

What we had in common was the desire for this new club to create a joined up, thriving, doll community across Europe that would enable learning about dolls, both via Zoom meetings and gatherings at the many and varied doll events that take place across Europe.
