About Stevi T
Stevi T is a versatile doll and fiber artist celebrated for her lifelike needle-felted creations of animals and whimsical characters. Beginning her career in the 1980s with soft sculpture rag dolls and transitioning to polymer clay art dolls in the 1990s, she became an active member of the Original Doll Artists Council of America (ODACA) in 2000. She later specialized in needle felting using fiber from her own alpacas, creating one-of-a-kind realistic woodland wildlife and imaginative fantasy figures.
Stevi's award-winning work, which has earned TOBY, URSA, and Golden Teddy honors, continues to delight collectors through her studio, Stevi T Fiber Art, and at UFDC and ODACA events.
Join us in celebrating the magnificent Louisiana Black Bear, the cherished state mammal!
Stevi T has created a stunning three-dimensional needle-felted bear portrait rosette pin that truly stands out. Crafted from luxurious alpaca fiber, each pin features beautifully sculpted long fur and delightful glass bead eyes.
The double fabric rosettes are adorned with vibrant Mardi Gras patterns, sparkling beads, and a fleur-de-lis pattern, making them a true artistic treasure. With a handy loop for wearing as a striking necklace, these pins also transform beautifully into framed wall art.
