Convention is approaching fast! The schedule has been finalised and is posted here for you to review. It shows the events that have sold out at the time of printing. Confirmation letters have been mailed out – we hope you got at least some of the events you applied for! If you have not got everything you wanted, we are very sorry, but several events sold out. The good news is there are still spaces available in some Seminars, Workshops, and Meal Events (such as Robert Tonner, Helen Kish/Ruby Red Galleria, and Maggie Iacono).
So, call or email Sheryl email@example.com and she will let you know what is still available. Note that the cutoff date for meal event bookings is July 1 – after that, any unsold tickets will be available from the UFDC Mini Office onsite at Bellevue, starting Monday, July 31 at 2pm.
Of course, it is still not too late to register. We’d love to have you join in the fun! But note that the cutoff date for booking a hotel room in the UFDC block is June 30th. After that, the remaining rooms go back into the hotel inventory.
A final deadline for you – entries for the Competitive Exhibit need to be postmarked no later than July 2nd. So, if you have not already done so, you need to decide which of your treasures are going to join you on your Journey of Discovery to Bellevue! Any questions?
